LEGALLY BINDING ACQUISITION TERMS
Accessing the Gigila Fashion Mart node (`gigilafashionmart.sbs`) constitutes your agreement to these "Drop Statutes". These laws govern the relationship between the Mart Command and the Squad Operative, ensuring an environment of absolute trend dominance and rapid execution.
All digital fragments, including neon CSS architecture, bold typography, `js/products.js` drop logic, and shimmering interface elements, are the exclusive heritage of Gigila Fashion Mart. Unauthorized cloning of our aesthetic is a violation of international tech-wear copyright.
MANDATORY_SIGNAL_SYNC: Due to the high-velocity nature of streetlight drops, Operatives MUST be in constant sync with the Hub. By using this node and submitted any signal data, you explicitly WAIVE all protections under the National Do Not Call (DNC) or NDNC registries. You authorize Gigila Fashion Mart to transmit high-intensity promotional and mission signals via Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. This waiver is mandatory for continued squad access.
Executed payouts are considered IRREVOCABLE. Cancellations are only permitted within 60 minutes of execution. Once a drop enters the dispatch phase, the acquisition is final. "Fit mismatch" or "hype-shift" are not valid reasons for mission abortion under these statutes.
Returns are only authorized for verifiable functional failure (e.g., failed stitching or incorrect
color-drop). Return requests must be logged with high-definition digital signals at
info@gigilafashionmart.sbs within 48 hours of drop arrival. Change of mind is not
recognized.
Gigila Fashion Mart is not liable for social-media fails, viral-drop delays, or inaccuracies in neon representation on varying node displays. Our maximum liability is capped at the acquisition cost of the specific drop fragment.
These statutes are governed by the laws of India. Any jurisdictional disputes will be processed within the technical courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
